The Legends ft. Michael Varekamp
Around 1930, Paris is under the spell of the new era! Swinging New Orleans Jazz, Hot Club de France and chansons celebrate life together like never before! Singer and trumpeter Michael Varekamp takes you along with chansonnière Tess van der Zwet through the streets of bustling Paris.

The infectious French joie de vivre turned out to be an ideal breeding ground for the emergence of jazz on the other side of the big lake, before returning triumphantly. The Legends delve into the French era of birds of paradise like Josephine Baker, Louis Armstrong, Ėdith Piaf and Sidney Bechet. In Swingin 'Paris, The Legends, Michael Varekamp & Wiboud Burkens transform the theater into a romantic jazz cellar where hits like Petite fleur, It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing and C'est si bon. the late hours.
