IN HOUSE THEATRE COMPANIES
Philharmonie zuidnederland, Toneelgroep Maastricht, Opera Zuid, Sally Dansgezelschap.
These are our in house theatre companies, whom create, rehearse, montage, perform, and premiere their performances in our theatre. Groups that are inseperably connected to our house. Our in house orchestra, philharmonie zuidnederland, has been located in Theater aan het Vrijthof for years. Toneelgroep Maastricht has had a connection with our theatre for ages and actually started their company years ago in our Bovenzaal. Opera company Opera Zuid has also been associated with the theatre for years. Sally Dance Company is our contemporary and young dance company located in AINSI.

One of the great national theater companies, city company of Maastricht and house company of Theater aan het Vrijthof. The company creates theater performances in which five core values are important: recognizable, vulnerable, human, personal and Limburgs.
OPERA ZUID
Opera Zuid creates passionate and authentic opera theater for the Netherlands. The company has the nostalgia of a colorful, travelling circus but connects this to a contemporary feel for passion.

Our own house orchestra is thé orchestra of South-Netherlands, established in both Theater aan het Vrijthof and Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. The orchestra presents itself nationwide and euregional with symphonical music on the highest leven and strong innovatice cross-overs.

DANCE COMPANY
SALLY Dance Company Maastricht creates dance performances and interactive dance projects for all ages. SALLY brings together young dancers and leading choreographers in order to further develop their talents and bring them to full flower.
