Group packages
Enjoy a complete evening out with your guests at Theater aan het Vrijthof and combine a theatre visit with one of our group packages. In a reserved room with dressed tables you can enjoy a snack and a drink of your choice under the guidance of a professional host(ess). We have put together three packages, however it is also possible to put together a customized package. The group package can be booked from 15 people up to a maximum of 75 people. You can order a group package in advance via e-mail or at the UITbalie.
We offer the following group packages:
Group package A (€ 20,50 p.p.)
- Reception with coffee, tea, soda and various sweets (45 minutes)
- Pause drink from the 'Dutch assortment'* and snacks
- Guidance by a professional host(ess)
- Reserved space in the theatre with decorated standing tables
- Possibility to mention the company name
Group package B (€ 39,50 p.p.)
- Reception with coffee, tea, soda and various sweets (45 minutes)
- Pause drink from the 'Dutch assortment'* and snacks
- Post-performance activity including drinks from the 'Dutch assortment'* and various luxury snacks (1 hour)
- Guidance by a professional host(ess)
- Reserved space in the theatre with decorated standing tables
- Possibility to mention the company name
Group package C (€ 49 p.p.)
- Reception with coffee, tea, fresh and various sweet amuses (45 minutes)
- Pause drink from the 'Dutch assortment'* and various luxury toasts
- Post-performance activity includes a glass of Prosecco, drinks from the 'Dutch assortment'* and various luxury snacks (1 hour)
- Guidance by a professional host(ess)
- Reserved space in the theatre with decorated standing tables
- Possibility to mention the company name
* The 'Dutch assortment' consists of white wine, red wine, sparkling water, still water and orange juice.
If you wish to book the exclusive Edmond Hustinx room for your group package, an additional € 150 will be charged. In addition, package A can be adjusted to be pre- or post-performance if the performance does not have a break. The extra charge for this is € 5 per person.
