Only fill in this form:

• If you wish to return a part of the total number of tickets purchased for a performance and choose for an online refund credit or refund (excluding service fee).
   
• Or if you choose for a refund (excluding service fee) of all purchased tickets for a performance, instead of an online refund credit.

The cancellation of your tickets will be processed within two business days. If you opt for a refund, the amount will be transferred to the bank account number used to purchase the tickets within three business days. We will contact you if we do not have a bank account number. If you opt for an online refund credit, you will find the value of the credit directly in ‘My credits’ in your Online account.
