Undiqüe Quintet
Moving Concerts #1

Undique, Latin for ‘from everywhere’, is a Maastricht-based wind quintet that interprets the rich musical palette of global cultures. The five musicians from Latin America and Spain offer the audience a unique mix of classical and folk music, revisited from the perspective of migration and connectedness.
Each performance promises a journey that takes the listener across borders and back home through the universal language of music. In a time when division is widespread, Undique strives to connect and pay tribute to every culture and nation through a shared listening experience of music from all continents. The story of the quintet can resonate with anyone who has ever felt far from home, whether through migration, travel, or emotional distance.
Undique is a wind quintet with a twist: the bassoon has been replaced by a baritone saxophone, giving classical and folk music a fresh, dynamic energy. The personal migration stories of the five women form the basis of their mission to use music as a bridge between different worlds.
