The Junior Classical Program of the Maastricht Academy of Music pursues the development of passionate and exceptionally talented young musicians. The program brings them together in an inspiring and challenging environment that encourages and supports them in the full exploration of their talent. The curriculum, built around theoretical group lessons and instrumental lessons, is tailored to the individual student to achieve optimal results.

Students are coached by experienced teachers at the Conservatory Maastricht, who apply the wealth of their professional experience to the musical and personal development of these young people.
Intensive cooperation with teachers in the near and far surroundings of the Conservatory forms the basis of the Junior Classical Program. Through this collaboration with music schools, private teachers and venues, the Conservatory Maastricht contributes to the broad cultural development of talent in the region.

The following musicians will perform at this concert: Akari Bastiaens (piano), Mina Aoki Girardelli (violin), Nikita Gelen (violin) and Carmen López Hernández (piano lead).

This performance is made possible in part by Zuyd Conservatorium, Mentoring Music Matters, Sporken-Leitmotiv and Ossel schoonmaakbedrijf.
