Dutch Classical Talent

Gracias a la Vida - An Ode to Life, is the name of the programme Ana-Carmen Balestra is performing. The Argentine-Dutch singer studied in Amsterdam, dazzled the Wigmore Hall in London with her debut and is now conquering the opera stages.

In this concert, she takes you on a musical journey through her life, with self-written lyrics and South American music from her homeland. This of course includes Piazzolla, but also features the iconic Argentine singer Mercedes Sosa. Innocence and passion, love and life, happiness and loss: Ana-Carmen Balestra celebrates life!
