Important information

General:

• The theatre terrace is located on the edge of the Vrijthof, directly opposite the stage. From our terrace, you will not have a view of the stage. However, you will always have a view of the large television screens that broadcast the concert and are placed around the Vrijthof.
• If you order tickets for two people, you will be seated at a table for four. 
• The drinks you order must be paid for per table number on the evening of the concert.
• You will receive your e-tickets at the email address we have on file for you one month prior to the event.
• Smoking is not permitted on the theatre terrace.

Accessibility:

• If you use a wheelchair or walker, please contact the UITbalie at least one month prior to the event. This is to ensure proper seating arrangements.

Cancellation:

• For groups of up to 10 people, it is possible to exchange or return the terrace dining experience up to 1 month prior to the concert date.
• For groups of 11 persons or more, a cancellation period of at least 3 months prior to the concert date applies.
• Theater aan het Vrijthof's general exchange and return policy applies:

1. You can exchange your tickets for tickets to another performance, free of charge, unless tickets to this performance are more expensive. Then you will have to pay the additional costs.
2. You can also have the value of your tickets transferred to your online refund credit. This service is free.
3. Prefer to get a refund? Then you pay a € 6 service fee per ticket (with a maximum of € 24 per transaction). For subscribers the service fee per ticket is € 3 (with a maximum of € 12 per transaction).

• Full restitution is possible, when the concerts are moved or cancelled by the event organisor.
• Theater aan het Vrijthof is not liable for any travel and/or hotel costs incurred in the event of cancellations and/or relocation.
