Conservatorium Maastricht | Symfonieorkest

The Conservatorium Maastricht has a multicultural community where highly talented students from all over the world develop their musical talents. Students receive support from successful (performing) musicians of international name and fame in the classical, jazz and music teaching departments.

This programme has been organised by two students attending the Master's course in Composition. Especially for this evening they have composed a musical piece for percussion and orchestra. Students from the Percussion Class will provide solo performances. The orchestra will be conducted by Arjan Tien, one of the most active and diverse Dutch conductors of his generation.
