Nederlandse Dansdagen
3 — 9 OCT 2025At the beginning of October, Maastricht will be celebrating the Nederlandse Dansdagen, a whole week with top performances, intimate premieres, dance evenings and club nights. During the festival, enthusiasts, amateurs and professionals are invited to come together. Meet each other in the theatre, at special locations in the city and in the neighbourhood, during debates, at the festival centre Theater aan het Vrijthof and in the Danskerk. This year, the Danstent will once again be set up on the Vrijthof for a week, providing the perfect stage for anyone who wants to dance, battle, club or simply enjoy dance up close.
Ticket sales
During the presale, you can purchase tickets for an exclusive selection of performances, such as the Nederlandse Dansdagen Gala and Meesterwerken. The full programme will be available online from Monday 25 August.
Season ticket holders of Theater aan het Vrijthof and Friends of the Nederlandse Dansdagen have priority for ticket sales. Ticket sales for the entire festival programme will start on Saturday 30 August - 10.00 am.
Dance throughout the year
Nederlandse Dansdagen is more than just a festival. Throughout the year, projects are developed to give dance the stage it deserves. These include dance discussions with dance professionals and interest groups within the dance field, as well as collaborations with cultural organisations from the region to put dance in Limburg on the map.
