DansClick presents the most exciting names in the dance world. The performances are always framed with video portraits of the makers and the Après Danse; an informal meeting between audience, makers and dancers on stage, over free drinks. During DansClick #27, Korzo presents up-and-coming choreographer Cheroney Pelupessy and its own creator Constantin Trommlitz.

Choreographer, dancer, and theatre maker Cheroney Pelupessy blends modern dance with Indonesian and Moluccan movements. She explores how stories from the past are still deeply ingrained in us. In Just Before... she captures the fleeting moment when two women find each other in a world that denies their existence.
Resident maker Constantin Trommlitz accompanies Melisa on tour with his performance Antibodies. A duet in which dancers explore the scope of their relationship with pain. Because pain can divide, but pain can also be shared: isolating, but also soothing.

Just Before...
This work captures the fleeting moment when two women find each other in a world that denies their existence. In a fragile space, untouched by time, they navigate confrontation, longing, and surrender—until the outside world inevitably catches up with them.
Cheroney Pelupessy is a choreographer, dancer, and creator with Indonesian and Moluccan roots. She explores how stories from the past are still deeply ingrained in us. Through her dance, she tells stories of origins that are rarely heard.
Constantin Trommlitz
Antibodies
In Antibodies, two dancers share their unfiltered relationship with pain - sometimes isolated in suffering, sometimes finding care and acceptance in each other. Inspired by chronic pain in his lower back and foot, Trommlitz transforms the limitation of pain into a motor for self-expression and virtuosity.
Constantin is a German dancer, choreographer and filmmaker. His background in breakdance continues to have a great influence on his work as a choreographer and filmmaker. In Tthe Netherlands he danced with companies such as Danstheater AYA and ISH Collective.
