The Nederlandse Dansdagen contributes to the development of Dutch dance in diverse ways. During the festival, the organisation unites dance professionals and the public to collectively share knowledge about important topics in the field.

On 1st October, the Nederlandse Dansdagen will be hosting a round table discussion about the importance of archiving in dance. Leading cultural organisations will share their insights and knowledge about archiving - including any challenges they may have encountered during the process. To what extent is a standardised approach needed to create a national archive of Dutch dance? In what ways can such archives be disclosed to the public?
