About Claudia Quaglia
Claudia Quaglia, known artistically as Misfit, is a multidisciplinary artist and event organiser based in Amsterdam.
Her creative journey began in Italy as a self-taught dancer, where she trained with renowned (inter)national instructors, performed on television and stage, and immersed herself in the underground battle scene. Without formal dance training, Claudia's strong self-discipline and boundless curiosity drove her artistic development. In 2021, she relocated to the Netherlands, where she expanded her practice into theater. This transition rekindled her passion for visual arts and marked the beginning of a new career chapter.
Deeply rooted in community and connection, Claudia sees art as both a personal and collective tool—a way to initiate dialogue and give voice to the unspoken. Through her work, she continues to challenge boundaries, celebrate diversity, and create spaces for expression and transformation.
