Show your best moves in the Danstent alongside various dance associations from Maastricht and the (EU)region. On Saturday September 30, Ruby Pure Latin will join the party and introduce you to all things SALSA!
From 6pm to 7pm you can participate in a workshop by Ruby Pure Latin, which consists of three parts: Merengue, to give everyone a taste of the Caribbean atmosphere, followed by Salsa, to loosen those hips and and feet a little more. The third part is a surprise.

After the workshop, the dance floor will be accessible for all festival visitors. Enjoy the best salsa moves while enjoying a nice drink... or give salsa a try on the dancefloor. DJ SalsaPleasure (Maurice Bell) will complete the salsa party.

Meet Ruby Pure Latin
Ruby Cathalina aka Ruby Pure Latin was born in sunny Curaçao. Ruby could dance before he learned how to walk and therefore, for him, dancing became "a way of life". Together with his spontaneous and enthusiastic wife, Daniëlle, and with a lot of passion, Ruby provides lessons and workshops, in salsa, bachata and kizomba. The regular class locations are Maastricht and Sittard. Also, every last Sunday of the month Ruby Pure Latin organizes a super fun salsa matinee in Maastricht at Stayokay!
